From 4 to 7 April 2022, the AINEVA 2B course for artificial avalanche release operators and assistants was held in the Pila ski area (Aosta). Organised by AINEVA, the Fondazione Montagna Sicura and the Aosta Valley Region’s department for the hydrogeology of mountain basins, the course was attended by many participants in the beautiful setting of the Pila basin.
Over the four days, devoted to training artificial avalanche release operators and assistants, the course covered release techniques, explosives, gas systems and their effects on the snowpack.
Areaquattro is proud to work with AINEVA in training the professionals of the future.
